The delegation to council has been completed and the motion to reserve the land in moratorium was referred to staff for a report on the validity of a bylaw placing the land on hold.  This will be brought to the council September meeting on Sept 14, 2010.
We are still in a position to have it proceed, but will have to wait for the staff decision to any impediment to a bylaw.
